You can speak to our Emergency Care Practitioners for advice and guidance on how to access the care you need, without unnecessary delay. They will make sure that you see the right person, at the right time, utilising the wide range of resources we have available.
They can either offer you advice over the phone, or arrange a same day appointment for you. This could be with herself, the On Call Doctor or another Practitioner. If you are housebound, or terminally ill they can also arrange a home visit for you.
Our Emergency Care Practitioners are:

To provide greater flexibility of care within the community, we share a district nursing team with the Oundle Practice.

Our receptionists can help you with day to day enquiries, appointments and general administration. If they are unable to respond to your enquiry immediately, they will make sure that all the relevant details are recorded, so that the duty doctor can respond appropriately. In this situation you will be asked to contact the surgery later in the day, so that the doctor's comments can be passed back to you.
